(More customer reviews)After receiving a speeding ticket on the interstate over 12 years ago my husband bought a radar detector for me as a Christmas gift - I know it saved me from getting a couple more tickets since then.When it broke I replaced it with the Cobra Pro 9580 and I have been extremely pleased with it's performance so far.I think the feature that I like best is the fact that the audible beep is quieted after the first two beeps and it doesn't interfere with anything else you may be listening to but you are always aware of the light beep in the background.It is so easy to remove when I park my car and I just pop it back into the metal case it came with and equally easy to re-attach when needed again.
